Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. You can get a full refund (less shipping costs) as long as the product is returned unused, in the state it was received, and in the original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase. If the product was damaged in the original shipment or there is a defect in the craftsmanship or construction, we will refund the total cost of the product including return shipping.
Please contact email@example.com for a return authorization number. All returns must have an RMA number along with the original PO number on the box. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless it’s determined to be a product defect.
Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected a credit will be issued based on the original payment method. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for processing.
How do I return my items?
After you have received your RMA number, please repack return items in the original packaging (include the Packing Slip or Sales Receipt) and ship all returns to the following address:

If you do not have your Packing Slip or Sales Receipt, please include the following with your returned merchandise:
- The Business names on the order
- Your phone number to contact you for any necessary additional information
- Reason for the exchange or return
