Q – Why Pet Evac Pak?
A: Pet Evac Paks are designed with pets in mind. They are not a spin-off of people packs. Our first aid kit includes PetFlex vet wrap instead of ace bandages. There is also ASAP Pet Shield® wound dressing gel and Clotit® blood clotting powder. We put 12 bags of water in every pack because water is the most important thing you can have during an evacuation. Included is a slip lead to help your customers get their pets out quickly and safely. We have also partnered with Prefer Pets™ to use their Hideaway™ carrier for smaller dogs and cats that can be worn as either a backpack or duffle-style bag. All packs come with 5-year shelf life emergency food and water, enough for 72 hours. They are designed to help your customers get out quickly and safely.
Q – What Browsers do we support?
A: We recommend all modern browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
Q – What are the payment terms?
A: Once your account is established our standard terms are Net 30. Until that time payment is due at
the time of ordering.
Q – How long does it take before my order ships?
A: We build to order and, depending on the size of the order, most orders ship within 2 weeks. Larger orders can take up to 60 days from receipt of the purchase order. If partials are required, please note on the order that you will accept partial shipments.
Q – How will my order ship?
A: All shipments are FOB from Reno, NV, and the responsibility of the purchasing organization. Please review Pet Evac Pak – B2B Shipping Policy.
Q – Do you ship Internationally?
A: No, we currently do not ship internationally.
